Prash Basnet is a dedicated Corporate Administrator who enjoys providing great customer service. In this role, Prash works closely with clients and client managers to ensure seamless interactions and that everyone has a positive experience. Prash focuses on being efficient and going beyond what’s expected while building strong relationships with both clients and teammates. The goal is always to offer the best possible customer experience—whether that means solving problems, anticipating needs, or just making someone’s day a little easier. There is nothing better than knowing a positive difference has been made.

Outside of work, Prash loves staying active and exploring the world. Hiking helps Prash connect with nature, and painting provides a chance to express creativity. Reading is also a favourite activity—whether it’s fiction to escape into different worlds or non-fiction to learn something new. And after a long day, there’s nothing better than curling up with her dog.
