Business Development and Marketing Manager




  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the partnership’s services and help deliver on our growth strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify new target audiences and evaluate market trends to explore new growth opportunities
  • Create content for, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for marketing materials, the website, and social media platforms
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as agencies and SEO providers
  • Coordinate promotional events
  • Share your up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices with the wider team


New Business Development

  • Be the first point of contact for all new business that approaches the partnership
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients and liaise with technical and administrative staff
  • Manage active prospect clients and support the partners in the sales process
  • Follow up with partners to ensure opportunities are handled efficiently



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in NBD/marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
