Our web-based portal for employee documents, including payslips, P11Ds and AE communications, alongside a collaboration portal for document exchange, is accessible 24 hours 7 days a week.

We can also handle all the associated processing now required for auto-enrolment, pensions and other payments to ensure everyone is paid accurately and efficiently.

Our service includes:

• Calculating salaries and wages due net of tax and national insurance
• Providing payslips for your employees
• Monthly summaries setting out the tax and national insurance due to HMRC
• Completing and submitting RTI forms to HMRC
• Managing employee set-up and ongoing contributions under auto-enrolment for pensions

Because we wish to provide a clear and transparent charging structure our fees are linked directly to the number of employees and services provided. Fees are agreed in advance and charged quarterly.

Please note that we are not able to provide Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) services.
