Speed and efficiency from the start

If your company has a simple structure, with 1 or 2 owner directors, we charge a £25 admin fee to set it up, plus a disbursement of £40 + VAT.

We do not charge for the use of our office address as the company's registered office or your serviced office.

It takes about an hour to get the incorporation paperwork done, and to receive comfirmation from Companies House that the company is formed.

Information we need for your company:

1. Name (we can help you find a unique one, or check the Companies House website)
2. Registered address
3. Number of shares to be issued (we can offer advice on this)

Information we need about each director:

1. Full name including any former names
2. Country of residence
3. Home address
4. Service address if you do not want to use your home address
5. Date of birth
6. Business occupation
7. Share percentage if less than 100%

Information about shareholders if not a director:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Share percentage
